"Hi I search for a cv axle and Buy Auto Parts had them cheaper but once I received them I found out that they were the wrong parts and Ledel did everything possible to ensure that he could make me day better. He is very great at his job I think he deserve a raise at some point if possible. "

He got me the tracking number and because the item took longer to ship than expected Dan emailed me an ARS label to send back the core at no cost to me. "called buy auto parts and spoke with Ledel ordered a new control arms kit with for my truck since they were badly worn out and they arrived with then a couple days installed them and got an alignment and the steering is nice and tight no more noise "

"Very please with this company. We received the parts that we needed and they were correct. We order the wrong part and needed to return it. My husband had trouble getting through to customer service. I only waited about 5 minutes before Felipe came on the line to assist me. Very polite and took care of business. "
