"Customer service (cody) was wonderful to speak to. The RMA request process was pretty smooth, but I have not sent the part back as of yet, so I can't speak for anything on that end of the process. That said, my only complaint is the waiting game to speak to someone live. However, if that is the price to pay to talk to someone fluent in English, and from the U.S,, then I'll wait all day."

Problem was the engine we were working on required a different locking ring. Robert finally located some remanufactured injectors that would work and for a fraction more.
