"I ordered shocks from Buy Auto Parts for my car. The parts came quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the day after the parts arrived, I was hit in a car accident and my car was totaled. I contacted the company and spoke to Seth to explain my situation. He was very understanding and helpful! Great customer service!"
"Very Satisfied with Drew Gonzales in Customer Service. He was very helpful assisting with getting a part returned that was ordered in error. Thanks Drew!!"
"My experience with Buy Auto Parts was truly exceptional. Shipping was quick and when I had questions customer service was excellent to work with. I wasn't actually able to use the parts because my car was totaled the day before the parts arrived :( but no worries, Marcus made the return process easy and gave me one less thing to worry about. I can't comment on the quality of the parts as I didn't even open the box it was shipped in but the customer service was excellent. "
