"I said that I will post a finale review once all the transaction has been taking place regarding my experience with buying parts from this place. I have to say it was a very positive experience buying from them. I received the wrong parts and return them via UPS. Parts got damaged during transportation. Problem has been resolved between them and UPS. I know it took a month to get my refund but I have to say they have refunded me the full amount that I paid for the parts. "I ordered a drive line for my 2003 Volvo and after The transaction went through I noticed the application was wrong. I called them back and they had already shipped the part. I explained what had happened and they agreed to turn around the part and ship the right one. it was a lot more money so I asked them to price match another distributor and they agreed to match thre price and get the right one shipped out . They credited me for the wrong part and matched the price from there competitor. Thank you . Dave Kellerman"
"Peter did a great job in answering my call. He addressed my concern and looked up the previous notes in the system so I did not have to repeat myself. He took the time to properly research a part # that I was providing back to the customer service. He let me know when the correct part that I will need will be in stock (in one month) and that I will be able to call back and get that ordered.
