"Hope the title was catchy enough but in all seriousness, Greg helped alot. I was able to get a part that was misdiagnosed by my mechanic and not needed, back out to BuyAutoParts without an issue. Unfortunatly there's a restocking fee that cant be waved but understandable at this point. Ill take that up with my mechanic. Severe weather impeded my installation of the part and they swapped out a part that had an unclear function on my part. "I did my order by ebay using the Search "Select Your Vehicle" provided Buy Auto Parts After complete the order I send my VIN (vehicle identification number) to be completely correct. It result that I select the incorrect one for the Front axles so I did receive an email same day, nevertheless there Shipping Department were so effective that the axles were already shipped. "Ordered a steering box for my 1963 Lincoln Continental and they did not have one in stock but immediately called and said it would be a few days before they could ship it and asked if that was ok. I gave them the go ahead and it arrived soon after. Got it installed and went to ship core back and realized I forgot to add the return label to my order so I gave them a call. Richard took my call and said no problem and sent me the return label for free! If I even need more steering parts this is the first place I will go."
