Easy navigation of website, found exactly what I was looking for in no time.
I ordered a replacement resistor for my 2008 mercedes with next day delivery. They had the part and got it to me unfortunately they misses UPS time cut off so I got it in 36 hours instead of 24 hours. That's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. Very happy with all the communication and the part (at a good price).
Business response:
Your review is appreciated. Sorry we missed the UPS cutoff for next day delivery. Happy the resistor arrived quickly and you're satisfied with communication and pricing.

Jason helped me out when i accidently put the wrong shipping address. He was awesome! Thanks.
No one had this item but BuyAutoParts did!
Business response:
Thanks TruckerShane! We're glad we had the item you needed when others didn't. Your business means a lot to us.
Had to cancel my original purchase, found a coupon code, saved a little bit more! Was easy, no issues
The rack and pinion had no bubble wrap or any other isolating material to prevent damage within the over sized cardboard package. The rack seems to be undamaged, which is a miracle. I guess I will find out after installing it and applying pressure...wish me luck.
