Very prompt and then when had a vin date issue regarding part they made it right very quickly
The shipping was extremely fast and the communication was excellent. The only issue I had was the packaging was poorly wrapped and broken open but the steering box inside looked ok. I haven’t installed it yet but I think it should work

I was disappointed that the rack and pinion came with its original steel transfer lines. They're old bent and dented. That's the reason I am replacing my rack and pinion, the transfer lines rusted out. How long do you think old original transfer lines will last?
