"Can you say I saved $300.00 on a intercooler 08 f250 6.4 that was much better made than the factory one , exact fit no making it fit with brackets. I buy parts all the time for working on cars for my business and now they have got my eye... I will check them out first before the other guys. Thanks.$300.00 is cash in your pocket no matter how you look at it! "
"I had a terrible experience with Buy Auto Parts.com. I would NEVER shop online there again! Their return policy is horrendous. I bought a part and it was the wrong part and they wouldn't return it without a huge charge. They charged $85.25 return charges on a $350 order. After paying for the return shipping and the return charges it ended up being $100 to return the parts they sent me that were wrong. They wouldn't budge on the fees. Absolutely a THEFT! "
"I will never use buy auto parts again. Their store brand is not OEM quality although they would have you believe that it is.I installed the part and it didn't work. I bought one from the vw dealer that did work. They say because it was installed they can only send me a replacement that I don't need, that probably doesn't work. "
"RECEIVED PART THE NEXT DAY AND IT FIT CORRECTLY AT HALF THE PRICE OF AN OEM PART"
"Even Int'l shipping was succesfull...though some messages needed..."
"Buy Auto Parts, I checked with my local dealer in Saudi Arabia for some front hubs for my 2001 Ford Expedition, and they quoted me a price of 4400 Saudi Riyals ($1173), and said they needed 3 weeks to get them. I checked online and found Buy Auto Parts. For a total of $290, I had both hubs and the shipping to Saudi Arabia, less than 25% of what the thieving dealer wanted. I watched the tracking...it took 4 days to Saudi, and 6 days to clear the painfully slow customs. Parts were a direct fit. Thank-you for saving me almost ... read more
"Ordered a steering rack and power steering pump for a 2002 Honda Accord. The rack was fine. The pump was defective. Had to get a new pump from the dealer because I could not wait for a replacement shipped. BAP was great! They sent me a shipping label and agreed to refund the cost of the pump. "
"Parts were very excellent, when on very easily, price is outstanding. I have a shop,I purchased them for 94 Corvette, of course they are one of spindles were bad so I purchased two, when replacing a spindles as a second one was worse than I thought it was , I recommend replacing both on a Corvette"
"BEWARE !!!!!!! Prius headlight assembly do NOT fit... light holes are wrong!!!! Will not give RMA or return shipping.... 15% restocking and shipping cost for GUARENTEED to fit parts........ BIG RIPOFF !!!!!"
