"Disclaimer: I am the owner of an auto body repair facility and feel partly to blame because I did not notice their website had incorrect information displayed for my vehicle. Review: One of my worst auto parts buying experiences. Purchased a radiator for a 2007 Grand Cherokee with the 3.0L Turbo diesel. The part I received was for a 3.7L or 4.7L Gas. "Horrible service. I order 4 generic ignition coils that set off my check engine light. I then ordered OEM ignition coils to replace them. I was told I would recieve the parts Tuesday. When it arrived on Thursday, I only received one coil. I contacted customer service and after 20 minutes on the phone they agreed to send the other 3 coils 2 day shipping. "Terrible does not stand behiind their guarantee if they ship wrong productt they will replace it do not order parts from theem customer service and sales departments are rude and are not knowledge of their products. First time customer and vey unhappy"
