"I had a wonderful experience with Thomas over the phone, and was able to get 2 fuel injectors for my vehicle overnighted....They were really hard to find and had gone around and around with other companies. "I'll be brief. Looking at their feedback, you can tell they're a busy eBay store, so you'd expect them to take long to reply to messages or take too long to ship. But no. My transaction was very personalized. James took his time with me to make sure my turbo got into my hands safely. I paid for the turbo around 3PM, and about 21 hours later I was signing for it in the UPS truck.(I'm in Puerto Rico, BTW). That is impressive. A big store that is also efficient. I HIGHLY recommended"

"Salesman(Brad I think)was great,helpful and knowledgeable. Part fit well and seems to work fine. Only issue was that the part did leak over paper work inside box and was not secured well,or wrapped with no extra packing. I sent the core back with proper packing.(I'm an ex shipper) Shipping dept.or vender might want to address this,but no problem for me. Getting the correct part on time was paramount.5 stars.
