"Service was great, my stereo arrived very quickly and works fine. The only negative is the return instructions for my core stereo were not specific or plain. I was told to ship it back to "us" with order confirmation. Well the only "us" I knew the address to was the return address on package. Which is United Radio in New Jersey. Short story is United contacted me questioning why I had sent the radio to them. They are now shipping to San Diego. It would be a great help to use an RMA when there is a core involved. Jerry"
