Bugworks is an awesome company. The owner Rich is terrific. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He will come out in between routine service calls if you have an issue, such as removing 2 wasp nests by my front door. I have been using this company since2007 and would not use anyone else. Rich is just a great caring professional.

A great service. Quick responses in the past when I'd noticed a resurgence of bugs, or if I had questions etc. Whatever they're using seems to work pretty well. Of course, it's the desert so you can't fully eradicate all pests, but they are not a problem.

Rich has been keeping us safe from scorpions for years!!! Rich is a no nonsense, honest, and get the job done kind of guy. Rich has a background and understanding of the chemicals he uses for his pest control and will gladly explain the difference in his products from the competitors. When it comes to keeping scorpions at bay, I want the best and strongest as well as most effective protection that is out there, and he comes with those standards!!!!

Bugworks is the only pest control company I've ever had. They've been reliable and trustworthy for over 20 years. Richard and his father before him have always showed up for every appointment over all these years.There is nothing negative that I could say about this company.
