RecommendedWe had problems with the transmission in our 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that we purchased new at Bob Poynter. Since we live 40 miles away from Seymour it was a hassle for us to take our van back for repairs. The dealership sent a runner with a brand new Jeep Cherokee to our home, left it for us to drive and drove our van back to repair the transmission. Today a runner brought our van back with a new transmission and picked up the loaner car. Great folks to deal with and I would recommend them for future purchases.
