I came in for an appointment to have my oil changed as well as a recall notice to update my computer. I had an appointment for 9:30 and I was on time however it was taking longer than expected due to no ones fault, but your in the service dept was so helpful because I had to get to work and he gave me a loaner and I was able to come back and get my truck later.
