The store is cute, and they have two entire walls of wedding gowns. The bridesmaids dresses are in the back...they don't have as many of those, but do have full catalogs for the lines they carry. I got my entire wedding party's attire there, I was so happy with the service I got when I was looking for my dress. I could have probably gotten a nice dress for less money somewhere else, but my dress was GORGEOUS and very high quality, so I didn't mind paying a little extra. Bel Fiore was the first dress shop I went in, and amazingly after trying on about 10 dresses, I found and bought my beautiful wedding dress! My experience was very good, Rachel (the sales associate) was extremely helpful, and I didn't feel pushed upon at all to buy anything I did not want! Definitely recommend this dress shop. They have many very unique dresses that are very reasonably priced!
I had a great experience at Bel Fiore. The women there gave me great service. They were attentive and listened to what I was looking for in my dress. They catered to me and my mom which is really important!!! My perfect dress wasn't here (I was looking for something very specific), but the best service I received in my whole shopping experience was definitely here. The lady (Magdalena) at the store was very helpful and patient as I tried on dress after dress. She was professional, honest, and made the experience fun.
I had a great time dealing with Bel Fiore. I lucked upon the salon while passing by on my way to another salon, which turned out to be a really icky place specializing mostly in pageant dresses. We cruised into Bel Fiore, just on the off-chance that they would have anything. They were having a trunk show from my dressmaker (Winnie Couture), a designer they don't normally carry. I debated writing about this, especially at the time of things spiraling, since I know you shouldn’t express bad thoughts or opinions when you are emotional. Now it has been 2 months after the wedding. I have already gotten back the wedding photos, where my wedding dress photos are awkward and I am mostly in a reception outfit. I have also not taken any engagement photos as my dress was never ready. Even though I am in a better head space, I am still extremely upset. When the consultants take your measurements they review them and the size chart with the bride. If you are between sizes, we often take a measuring tape and pull it to the gowns measurement to show you what it would be like in the smaller or larger size to help guide you. This business only cares about you until you buy a dress from them. Once you actually buy the dress they could care less about you and your concerns. Oh and FYI for anyone planning to or to buy a dress from here; alterations are outrageous. Keep that in mind when searching for a dress here. The seamstress quoted me almost $1000 to ALTER my dress. I paid about $1,600 for my dress, so the $1000 to alter my dress was totally outrageous. I voiced that it was way too pricey and that I would be checking some other seamstresses. Th... read more

I had an awful experience here as a bridesmaid. The size chart for this particular bridesmaid dress was clearly inaccurate as 2 of the 3 bridesmaids couldn't fit into the dresses we had ordered. I had actually called the store before placing my order to ask for advice on what size to order because I seemed to be between sizes, and was advised to order the smaller size because the dress was "stretchy." Overall my experience with Bel Fiore was absolutely horrible. They do NOT cater to plus sizes (they can order them but aren't many options in store) whether wedding or bridesmaids dresses. I was coaxed into ordering and signing for a dress that was 6 sizes too big but was assured it was the best decision because you'd rather it be too big and have it altered.
