RecommendedBiggest complaint is you make an appointment for a certain time for an oil change, and it still takes 2 to 3 hrs, which is not acceptable. I believe it should not take more then 45 minutes at the most after the appointment time. It almost takes up an entire day; can’t have other appointments or commitments.
Friendly sales staff, Tim helped me find a great vehicle within my price range. My trade in process was easy, everyone was very helpful!

Everyone there is so nice at AV Chevrolet they didn’t have the color I wanted so Johnny went to another dealership and picked it up they were so nice David as well they went out of their way to help us. Thanks so much I love my car. I give them a 10

They service technician did a very thorough job with my vehicle and I was very pleased. I was glad they were able to figure it out and get me taken care of. Joey, my service advisor was also very patient and had a great attitude throughout my service visit and even arranged a Lyft ride for us to my appointment, since my car was not ready yet.
