He goes above and beyond to meet our needs, is extremely trustworthy, professional, personable, compassionate, an expert, accommodating, and an all around nice guy! Rick’s wife, Mel, who takes care of things behind the scenes, is all that Rick is. They make quite a team!!
RecommendedMy A/C went out last friday evening. I called it in Saturday morning and Rick was there a few hours later. diagnosed the system, explained what was wrong, waited for approved parts, installed and ran all checks on the system. I was up and running that same morning. Stellar services! Rick also explained in detail a maintenance package that could have prevented or caught the issue before it ever happened. I would highly recommend the company, outstanding service!
