Was told that it would be 2-3 business days before a sales person could visit my home to provide a quote. Asked if anything could be done sooner due to the severity of the situation and that the trees were in jeopardy and was told it would be minimum 2-3 business days for a QUOTE. No sense of urgency or empathy at all.Would never contact or recommend this company due to how I was treated on myphone inquiry. <br />

We are sorry that you were not happy with our service, but 2-3 days during a busy summer season is not a long lead time for the free estimate you inquired about. Bag worms in a tree are unsightly, but they generally do not destroy a tree. Cutting the bag worms out and spraying will take care of the problem. We work very hard in the office to accommodate our customers which is why we have remained in business over 40 years.
