RecommendedThe captain called me 30 minutes prior to take off and let me know what the weather conditions were and a few times leading up to casting off. I really appreciated the communication. The captain and assistant were fun and communicated well with expectations for going parasailing. It was a fun first experience for my whole crew, ranging from 11 to 63. They even took great photos and videos with our phone.
RecommendedWe signed up for a dolphin tour and had to cut it short because of weather. Our guide Tyson was great about keeping us safe and comfortable. Tyson called to have a vehicle pick us up where we were sheltering and get us back to the Lani Kai while he and another guide took the jet skis back. Tyson didn’t charge us and took us back out the following day. We saw dolphins and 2 manatees. Tyson really made sure we had a great time!! I’m giving Tyson a 5 +++ star review. Thanks Tyson 👍
