Called this facility months ago to check rates, etc. Didn’t know when might be needing. Always appears like nicely run place in passing. Spoke with Ms Vicki then and when securing a unit. She remembered me and my project. She’s a gem…thoughtful, thorough, kind, organized and helps make things stress free as possible. Facility is very clean, well kept and managed inside. Thanks for the excellent service! Highly recommend..

Tenant since 2014 and the storage ustor self storage is a wonderful facility to have. The property managers (ms Vickie, Brandon, and mr Melvin) have always been very courteous and helpful. Property secure and the access is convenient for 24hrs. Thank you ustor self storage
