I have had a unit with this location for over two years now(and still do unfortunately) and up until a management change I had absolutely no issues. Late payments here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary. After the management change apparently they've just been sending email notifications only. I was told that they called multiple times and tried to leave voicemail, but it was full. Fortunately I was able to catch it in time.
