RecommendedAbsolutely the nicest people running the units.. Very nice and friendly.. The units are very clean and easy to get to.. I have been there for a while and never had a problem with bugs or rodents .. the out side is kept very clean and organized.. I love U-stor wouldn't go anywhere else ever ..
RecommendedI've been here for two months and the place is excellently well kept, but the best bonus is how friendly, helpful, and fast Rich and Kandy Carr (property managers) are. For example, I was having a problem, went in, they fixed it within 2 minutes, and Rich went outside and waited to visually check that the problem was fixed. He waved me off and all was good in the world! Most companies lack quality customer services, but they don't lack it here. Oh, I rarely give reviews, which should say something.

Very clean and well run. Always receive excellent service. Love that they will send me an e-bill and e-receipt. I would highly recommend them for storage needs.
RecommendedThe unit never had any rodents chewing up my things and there was never any sign that the weather affected anything in my storage. The fact that you can make payment with a debit card was a big plus for me. I would recommend U-Stor for your storage needs.
