Super unfriendly staff at west 56th location. I clearly interrupted her cigarette when I went in with questions about the facility. She was so stand-offish that when she asked what EXACTLY I would be storing, I said "nothing here". I did have a great experience at another PS facility nearby.
We were not able to get into the U-Store this past weekend. We had people come up from Bedford to pick up some items and they had to turn back around and drive another 1 1/2 hours home. We were there for over an hour trying to get access thru the gate. We were not the only ones having problems either. Another car came thru and could not get their code to work either.
They Lie... send you a lletter then change terms (charges) when you get there. Nice guy running place but he does not know what he is doing and chenges his story everytime he opens his mouth. To bad he seemed like a nice guy. They do not respnd to email.
