"Genuine BW K03 for an AWM A4 1.8T (2001). Tony sorted me out by email and Eric took my order by phone. Both guys were refreshing to deal with! INSTANT email replies and quick efficient order processing. Unit shipped from coast to coast INTERNATIONAL in 1 1/2 days via DHL ($88 duty upon delivery). Unit is BW from China, however, quality is WAY beyond original unit! Even the VW parts manager was blown away! Go ahead order from Turbochargerpros in complete confidence. "They were very good to work with, only one little bump and that was I requested next day air shipping. when I didn't get it I called to find out what happened, they checked and said it some how didn't get the information passed along, but it was on a truck to be delivered that day. I received it about 11:00 that morning. I guess 2 days wasn't that bad and they said they would cancel the next day air shipping charges. I haven't checked my credit card posting, so I hope they are good for that."
