Went to Mexico in May and Gabe assisted me. Everything went smooth! Will be using them again!
If you need to plan a trip, I highly recommend Stephanie Kietzman! I gave her a budget and she went to work finding a variety of different locations within that budget. There were so many choices it was difficult to decide. She went above and beyond setting up all the details and giving information about the resort. It was so nice to know that everything was taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
We stayed at the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya in November 2017. The flight and airport pick up went smoothly after arriving in Cancun with no problems. The Lomas representatives were easy to spot and very helpful not only at the airport but also at the resort when scheduling our transportation back to the airport. We loved our room's location - it was on the beach at the end of the resort. We always had a spot on the beach where it was quiet and relaxing. We recently returned from an amazing family trip to Jamaica that we booked through Travel by Beth! The service was excellent and Beth took the time to listen to what we were wanting and gave us options to choose from. Once we had decided on the perfect location for our group, she planned the entire trip, met with us to go over every detail, what to expect, what to pack and planned multiple flights for multiple family members coming from different locations.
