John's help made our Alaskan vacation better. He was able to get us a better balcony room. He helped us with an easy parking solution for O'Hare - so we could take a direct flight. We loved the trip... we wish we could have stayed longer!

The trip was amazing, the Royalton Resort and Spa is where we stayed. The people were friendly, polite and the food (restaurant’s) and drinks were plentiful. I would highly recommend it to any family that is going to Jamaica. I would like to thank Beth, Kelly and John for their help in setting this vacation up.
