I recently hired Three Tree Roofing to replace our old composite roof with a new metal roof. I was referred by a neighbor down the street who had their metal roof installed by Three Tree Roofing also. I had never thought of a metal roof before due to expense but I thought it looked really, really nice. In referring me they couldn't say enough good things about this company. I now find myself in the same predicament. From ****** initial proposal, to **** working with me around scheduling, and **** and the installation crew, t... read more

I am very happy with my new roof and the process from first contact to finish. My crew was prompt, efficient, polite and professional; they left my property cleaner than it was before their arrival; and the crew chief made extra efforts to get me the photos of the finished roof that my insurance company wanted. The roof looks great, and the ventilation upgrade I opted for (with no pressure, just information!) makes my house noticeably more comfortable to be in when the summer heat is on. All in all, a company I am happy to r... read more

After researching ~30 different roofers and getting 3 different quotes, we chose Three Trees due to quality reviews, staff competence, materials and cost. Our overall experience with Three Tree Roofing was excellent. *****, who handled the quoting process, was helpful, patient, and timely in responding to our many follow-up questions. He even made a second visit to show us material samples we had asked about. *******, our project manager, was also great with communication around timing and delays, and he responded promptly t... read more

We are very pleased with the process from beginning to end of getting our roof replaced. All options as far as quality of shingles and roof vents were explained. We did not feel pressured. We just felt like we had enough explained to us to make the right decision. We are happy with the work and cleanup. They were a great work crew.

This truly is a Better Business. Quality communication about the roof project. Quality materials used. Application of the materials is much better than expected. The fact that I needed to wait over a month actually reflected that they are in high demand. Pricing was mid range. Several estimates were lower with a "crew available this week", using inferior materials, Other estimates were quite high by the time the requested materials were selected. The application actually was above my detailed expectations.

Few homeowners look forward to replacing a roof, and I was no exception. After gathering several bids and doing my homeworkcomparing proposals, checking BBB ratings, and reviewing other customer feedbackI ultimately chose ********************** Tree ******************** for the job. The process itself is revealing; how busy companies are, how clearly they communicate, and how they structure their bids all tell you a lot.Three Tree Roofing stood out from the start, and the finished project confirmed I made the right choice. Three Tree Roofing gave us a great experience from beginning to end. First contact with ***** for the bid was reassured. He toured the four different structures to be reroofed and listened carefully to our concerns. The bid was very competitive specially considering all the extra warranties. The roofing crew was wonderful. They arrived ready to work and never did I see anyone on their cell while working. They cleaned up each evening after work and kept their supplies neat and tidy. They even did extra patching on the sheathi... read more

I recently hired Three Tree Roofing to replace my roof, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Right from the start, they kept me in the loop, providing clear updates and letting me know exactly what to expect at each stage. This approach made the whole process much less stressful. The crew was professional and respectful of my property. They cleaned up the work area every single day, leaving the space tidy and safe, which I truly appreciated. The work was completed quickly, yet the quality remained t... read more
