Cancelled my reservation and they sent a message saying I couldn't be refunded unless I gave them personal information. Still trying to get ahold of someone there to find out how to get my refund. This business is very shady, be careful.
After a 4+ hour drive, we arrived at the hotel around 1:00 and were pleased to find that our room was ready so soon! We decided to go to the room to change and head to the beach. Upon arriving to our room, we found not two or three but SEVERAL flies buzzing around. We were eager to hit the beach though. After returning from the beach, we noticed a very foul odor coming from the bathroom. We’re still unsure where it was coming from.
