Purchase bar table set with stools, the delivery guys put the bar table legs on wrong. The bar table was leaning and didn't stand alone. They both tried to convince me that the bar table has to lean on a wall or sofa. 🙁
I wouldn't buy a rug from Spiller that was on sale for .01! It's disheartening to walk into a store prepared to other purchase multiple rooms of furniture and not even be greeted with a simple "Hello". Both saleswomen watched me observe several pieces of furniture and not once asked if I needed assistance. Beautiful pieces and ugly service aren't a great mix for any business.
emailed Spiller twice about a dresser and they never got back in contact with me . I'm taking my busses else where
Furnished our entire newly built home with Spiller. Husband was laid off from the coal mines and Spiller would not budge or help us with our monthly payments after our other creditors would. They would not return phone calls, email or messages left after arriving in person to speak with someone. Very poor CS
