I rented a property from this company for two years. The home itself was in excellent condition, as it was brand new when I moved in. However, my experience with the property management team left much to be desired. Unjust Fees & Lack of Transparency When I initially moved in, my base rent was $1,775, plus a $25 pet rent, totaling $1,800. Unfortunately, I had to rehome my dog and notified the management team.
