I recently moved from the Chicago area to the Greenwood area and needed storage space for my classic car, furniture and household items. I ended up renting 3 units from U-STOR Meridian. The staff was very eager to assist and easy to work with. I especially liked that the facility has individually alarmed units with 24 hour access and managers living on site. First off is the staff here are awesome and so friendly and I love knowing my stuff is safe here they are always overlooking the property . I’ve been here for almost 4 yrs and never no problems but I have only one problem and it’s with the owner cause if I get extra units he still makes you pay a fee that’s added to the price first month to put you in the system which I’m already in and I have 3 now and I’d still get charged that if I wanted another which I think he is greedy for that if you have someone that’s been there th... read more
This is one of the few self storage facilities with true 24 hr access. The facility is clean and well taken care of and maintained. The managers, Tim & Sandi, are very nice, honest, and as a whole, just good down to earth people. I suggest you save your time checking out other places and just head straight here.

The current manager is wonderful. He was so helpful and accommodating, even looked up the weather to tell me it would be warmer over the weekend to move my stuff out instead of making sure it was out before the first. Wish I could remember his name, as he is outstanding!
