Ms Presley is always available to answer my concerns. The facility is clean and always well maintained. The new staff is friendly professional and competent

It is safe and convenient. The Caretakers are friendly and personable. I have a unit in Tennessee and now live in Maryland and if there is a problem they call me personally to advise me of the issue. I have had the unit 3+ years.
