I love the Salt Room and that it is a special place curated with wellness in mind! Life can be busy and full of obligations and to-do lists but to spend 45 minutes in the salt cave with nothing to do other than relax, breath and rest is truly a gift! If you have not been treat yourself to a unique experience 🧡

Running 3 businesses and a mom of 3, sometimes I am last to be taken care of. Then I go to the salt room, take 45 to 60 minutes for myself and I am ready to tackle my life and day with calm, peace and completely centered. This is a MUST for any woman ( and man)!!!!
Attended the healing Sunday Yoga and it was amazing
I have been coming to the Salt room for about a year now. Have not taken a single allergy pill since. Would recommend it to everyone. Massages and facial are such a treat as well. Check it out!!!
