RecommendedRunning 3 businesses and a mom of 3, sometimes I am last to be taken care of. Then I go to the salt room, take 45 to 60 minutes for myself and I am ready to tackle my life and day with calm, peace and completely centered. This is a MUST for any woman ( and man)!!!!
