Bryant Heating and AC and their technician David were all wonderful and amazing. They were able to respond to my residence almost immediately. David was very kind and professional. He was able to repair my AC very quickly and was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you David and Bryant Heating and AC for you help and professionalism. Our AC was working until it wasn’t! Tim was quick to get to our house, diagnose the problem, fix it (at a cost that didn’t break the bank),and share some additional tips. House is cooling and our pups are happy!

I can home from a long day (week, year, etc) to a 77 degree home and water running out of my AC unit. Not a fun time! I called Bryant because they were the only ones I saw that were still open. They sent a very pleasant and knowledgeable technician (David) out at lightning speed and diagnosed the issue. AC was full of ice! It had to thaw overnight but they returned the next morning to get it fixed. They offered 3 options to repair which I appreciated so I could find what worked for my budget and personal needs. Bryant has been a godsend. The service gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. They came out to provide a second opinion after the first company we called was completely incompetent. Bryant was able to fix our issue the same day whereas the other company had to order parts and they had no clue how long it would take (it’s the end of July). Our only issue is we didn’t call Bryant first.
