I am a new customer. During my first routine furnace tune-up, the Bryant tech diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger that needed replaced. Then, he went above and beyond and fully backed me up when another HVAC company tech sent by my home warranty company tried to disagree. Bryant's tech did not back down and he forced the other company to agree with his diagnosed which, in turn, forced the home warranty company to cover all repair and labor costs.
