Although there was a mixup on the defrost control board part ordered for our unit, the technicians were great. Very friendly and professional. All COVID protocols were followed while Samuel was here. Mask, gloves, shoe covers. Have always been great to work with.

Bryant may be my favorite business in Louisville. I have used them numerous times for various hvac and electrical issues. Their customer service reps, Hvac techs and electricians are top of the line.
