Highly recommend Bryant Heating and AC. Been a customer for several years. Recently had new furnace installed and had issue with thermostat. Josh Collier, Master Technician Service Supervisor came today—he diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly! Josh took extra time to explain and ensured I understood how to program the unit. Used Bryant for A/C maintenance. James was technician. He called ahead with approx arrival time. Was respectful of property, courteous and professional. Answered all my questions. Will request him again. Will recommend to family and friends.

bryant heating & cooling sent a maintenance man to inspect our air conditioner. their service man was thorough & helpful going the extra mile to show me how to use my new thermostat. i would highly recommend them & plan to use bryant in the future
