Bryant heating and cooling sent Devon to my home today to complete HVAC routine maintenance. He kept me informed on all actions he took, I even learned some new capabilities with my thermostat. William was able to diagnose our basement problem and save us from serious potential damage. Our old water heater had performed admirably for over 25 years, but was showing signs of age. He discovered the soaked insulation and we scheduled a tank replacement a few days later. The installation went off without a hitch and we now have new water heater utilizing one third of the annual energy cost. We might even get a tax break out of this. Thanks much!
