I have been dealing with this company for a few years. The gentleman that came out last night was Hermann. Hermann is a wonderful, kind,compassionate and very helpful person. He was out here one time before I hope he takes care of all my services because he is outstanding. Thank you for having him as one of your team members Please thank him for addressing the issue we where having and doing a great job on the cleaning and inspection.

Mark S******, the HVAC Service Tech that Bryant Heating & Cooling sent to my house, was able to quickly identify the problem that was causing the unusual sound I'd been hearing from my furnace. Unfortunately, since my furnace is over 40 years old, it will not be a cheap fix, but Mark did offer me 2 options for dealing with the issue, one a less expensive, not as long-lasting option, and the other a permanent, more expensive one.
