My household effects from Ireland arrived here in Fulton NY last Tuesday. I was completely blown away by how professional, courteous and efficient the Issac's team were. Brian and Fabricio were awesome and my stuff (25+ boxes) was offloaded and unpacked in no time. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company. Impressive service guys, well done.
We did not have a good experience with this company. We moved from Europe to Colorado Springs. The Italian company we paid for the relocation, used Isaacs to receive our goods in the states and complete the move. Communication was poor throughout the moving process. It took 4 months to receive our things. We had to purchase a bed and other home goods because of the prolonged period.
