Worst customer service I have ever received, I placed an order for a couch three months ago. I was told that I would be contacted regarding payment within two weeks, after three months I decided to call and ask what was taking so long, and an employee picked up the phone and told me that he didn’t know how to help me and that I was going to have to order a new couch because nobody contacted me and he didn’t know how to help me. If you don’t train your employees on how to help people, maybe don’t put them on the phones!

Never ever will I buy furniture from Rife’s Home Furniture. I went into the store to buy a new bed for two reasons, 1. My current bed broke: the Right side broke. 2. My back was not having it with my current mattress. I was finally convinced to buy a new mattress and bed frame.
