Worst customer service I have ever received, I placed an order for a couch three months ago. I was told that I would be contacted regarding payment within two weeks, after three months I decided to call and ask what was taking so long, and an employee picked up the phone and told me that he didn’t know how to help me and that I was going to have to order a new couch because nobody contacted me and he didn’t know how to help me. If you don’t train your employees on how to help people, maybe don’t put them on the phones!
We had the very best customer service. The wonderful sales lady was very kind.
All employees worked very hard to make sure I had an excellent experience and pricing that worked in my budget. Great, positive attitudes and work ethic from the minute I walked in the door til the delivery truck dropped off my purchases!
Everything the staff was great they weren't pushy like other furniture store and most everything in there store is usa made which me and my wife like, we will be buying other items to help furnace our new home

Never ever will I buy furniture from Rife’s Home Furniture. I went into the store to buy a new bed for two reasons, 1. My current bed broke: the Right side broke. 2. My back was not having it with my current mattress. I was finally convinced to buy a new mattress and bed frame. As soon as the movers left my house I noticed the bed was super wobbly and I called the movers to come back and they did, the movers inspected the bed and noticed the bed was super wobbly and said “ this bed is super wobbly and more than normal but I ... read more
