I went to Rife's furniture in Lebanon. I was looking for 2 living room chairs. The salesman was less than helpful. he didn't give me his name or give me a card. I told him what I was looking for and he took off across the store leaving me behind. I am disabled so I don't walk fast. When I caught up to him he showed me 3-4 chairs. I liked one style but not the color. I asked about a different color he said that would be a special order and would take months. Worst customer service I have ever received, I placed an order for a couch three months ago. I was told that I would be contacted regarding payment within two weeks, after three months I decided to call and ask what was taking so long, and an employee picked up the phone and told me that he didn’t know how to help me and that I was going to have to order a new couch because nobody contacted me and he didn’t know how to help me. If you don’t train your employees on how to help people, maybe don’t put them on the phones!
