Friendly, relaxed, informative salesman Matt. Efficient and fast delivery. And the sofa is just right! I appreciate the fabric protection plan offered and hope I wont be needing any cleaning visits. Thanks for the best furniture-buying experience ever.
Matt was the kind of salesperson that gives you room to explore and is ready to answer questions. He knows the products well and seemed to be very customer focused as opposed to sales quota focused. The delivery was quick, no bumps or scratches on walls or railings despite having to carry a sofa up the stairs. The movers were courteous and respectful. We like the piece we purchased - good price, solid, built domestically and looks great.
Matt is always amazing and goes above and beyond to get the job done! We needed a sofa sleeper for our vacation rental in Newport immediately as it is high rental season. Matt orchestrated all of it. Our managers were happy working with the drivers and they removed the old unit, removed the packaging and there was no shipping damage and no headache for us. The customer service of Rife’s was very pleasant, helpful and kind. The delivery guys were very friendly and helpful also. I am not completely satisfied with my chair as it is so big and heavy that I can hardly move it around in my living room to lay back flat, due to its size, which is very important for me because I need to be able to sleep in it at times. It’s not a wall hugger, the footrest doesn’t go up high enough for me and I am unable to manually move the footrest up and down. I’m also a little disappointed that it ... read more

I recently purchased two mattress sets from Rife’s Home Furniture in Springfield. Matt Owens was great to work with! He is very knowledgeable, was patient with all my questions, and let me browse and test out mattresses at my leisure. The delivery guys were prompt, courteous and efficient. It was an extremely hot day but they did their jobs and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
