We appreciate that we were not pressured when we were shopping. The salesman that helped us was knowledgeable about your products, pointed to the ones we were looking at, then left us to decide if we wanted to purchase. He was friendly and easy going. When we settled on the color we wanted, he contacted your warehouse to make sure it was in inventory.

Timothy was an excellent salesperson. He found the right piece of furniture and worked it out to have it delivered within the hour. Great selection and staff was very helpful

Rife’s was having a sale. The sales man said they could do a SOFT credit check that would not affect my credit score at all. I ended up not buying anything and much to my surprise I recieved a credit card in the mail a week later with a huge credit limit. I called Rife’s and they basically said if you have great credit they just go ahead and prequalify you and sign you up for the card automatically. If there was a way to make 0 stars I would. We have bought from this company for over 20 years. We recently bought a sectional couch. We spent 3k on. As soon as we got it home my husband noticed a flaw on the cushion of the couch. We called the store and they told us to bring it to the warehouse and they would exchange it. So we did. Then when we got home my husband sat in one of the cushions and sank clear to the frame. Was delivered on time ...love my chair ... I did pay for 2 pieces of furniture to be removed but only had one piece taken ...could you please refund the $10- charge ...

Dresser came with a chip in it that we had to wait a week to get replaced, then there was a chip in the side of the bed rail that we didn't notice until after the delivery so we are stuck with that because we have no way of proving it happened before the delivery but it absolutely did. We will not be going back despite planning on buying new living room furniture in the future we will just go elsewhere.
