I'M SAD TO HAVE TO SAY THIS ABOUT A BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN AROUND AWHILE. I ORDERED A MATTRESS 6/9 FROM THEM THAT THEIR ADDS SAY IT WAS IN STOCK. THEY TOOK THE CARD AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. TO THIS DAY, NO ONE HAS CONTRACTED ME FRO DELIVERY OR IF THEY INDEED HAVE IT IN STOCK. I WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE AND INTERNET WHEN THEY WANTED THE MONEY, AND TOLD ME I'D HAVE TO SET A DATE FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE OLD ONE AND PAY SOME ONE TO DO THAT. I HAVE HAD 2 BACK SURGERY'S AND LAY DOWN OFTEN, I TOLD THEM AND NEED THIS TO ALL HAPPEN... read more

I had a great experience while visiting your store in search of a sofa. Andrew was very helpful & not pushy at all. He allowed me to take all of the time I needed with no pressure. The furniture had to be ordered and would take a few weeks to arrive. Andrew went out of his way to try to find it at another store. I appreciated his effort. The delivery was not the greatest but in their defense the opening was narrow. I am very pleased with Rife’s & will definitely return. Thank you Andrew!
