The sales person helped us when we needed help, but didn’t follow us around like they do in other stores. Our furniture took about ten days for delivery, which wasn’t too bad since we had purchased it about two weeks before Christmas. All in all, I’ll go back again.
Sales Person was very helpful and spent extra time helping us find the right chair. While delivery took the estimated 4 weeks, the store delivered our chair when we couldn’t meet the regular delivery schedule due to holidays! Thanks so much!
So happy we tried Rifes. They have many beautiful and unique pieces to choose from. The entire sales staff were so helpful with choosing color and fabric for the love seat and ottoman. We also purchased two cupboards that we love. The delivery guys were very conscientious and efficient. All in all it was a very easy and pleasant experience. Susan and Larry Sprinkel

On time, friendly, and cared about my furniture
I'd chosen a recliner that turned out the wrong one, my fault by miscommunication and a beds box spring foundation needing to be switched for a lower profile foundation, The young lady a two gentlemen who helped me to purchase and then delivered these items were kind,considerate and for these reasons I will likely return here the next time I need, want furniture for my home.
