Ride's was so good to my mother and the delivery of her couch. The delivery guys were so gracious to carry her couch all the way around to the front to place it in her home. A Huge thank you to those guys!!!! Also, let's not forget Steve great salesman and the other associates who made sure that all my needs we're fulfilled! I even got a phone call asking if my mom received her couch! Wow! Thanks Rife's of Lebanon!

kim was super nice through out the initial search. Due to special social distancing we were able to conduct all search via email and photos. she was accommodating ea time I sent her pics with questions of different furniture pieces. I was confident in my choice before I even purchased it or got to see it. The boys who delivered were professional, sense of humor, quick. they also knew how to drive that very freaking large van...much bigger than the typical ebox.
We looked for a new couch before the Covid-19 shutdown, the sales lady was wonderful and we connected right away. We picked the couch we liked but you did not have it in the color we wanted so, we ordered it; but before we recieved delivery, everything got shut down. Rife's made a truck available and we did receive delivery of our new couch, the delivery guys were great, got the couch set up and made sure everything worked before leaving (power elevation couch) and they were very friendly. We would highly recommend Rifes.
