The employees were friendly, no pressure or "hovering". The sale prices were reasonable. Delivery people were professional and so very nice.

Our recliner was delivered when it was supposed to be. The men were efficient, polite, and friendly. I couldn’t be happier.
Delivery was made in the time promised and completed in record time. My only issue was that it was raining at the time, so both pieces of furniture were wet when they were brought in.
I really appreciated it how you were able to schedule the delivery of my drawers out at the time to when I needed it. Mike the moving guy did a very great job of putting the drawers where I wanted them, and I thank Rife’s for making home furniture affordable.
The gentleman gave me good information and I left to think about it. When I returned the store had closed 10 minutes earlier, but he and another salesman stayed to complete the sale. Perfect balance of helpfulness without being pushy. I'm sorry I don't know his name.
Great service and loveseats ordered came before designated time frame.
