My Family visited the Home Show today like we do every year. Stopped at RG Decor to look and sit in some outdoor furniture. First No one greeted us. I picked up a business card and flyer and was looking at that while I sat in one if the swivel chairs that was very comfortable. Purchased a $1000 chair here a few months ago, love it and had a great experience. Came for a second visit today and we were clearly an inconvenience... planned to purchase a floor lamp and several decor pieces, asked for a light bulb to try in the lamp... and we were totally blown off by sales girls and owner... simple request... we walked out
Unbelievably terrible customer service for a store of this caliber! Owner was unprofessional and dishonest. There is a reason all sales are final. I will not be back!
