I never been here, but it was suggested to me by my insurance as they were in network with them. I needed to get my sunroof repaired after it unexpectedly exploded one day recently while driving! This is the second time that I've chosen Prior Lake Auto Collision to work on my 2022 Atlas SE with Technology due to unfortunate auto collisions. Jessica, Josh and the staff are excellent to work with! They exude honesty, integrity and above all, they are phenomenal communicators. My first experience was excellent with them, back in May of 2024 so I knew exactly who to call when my car was rear-ended on April 4th, 2026. I just got my car back and it is in like-new condition, only 20 days later! Wow!
You get to talk to a local person!! You are not transferred to a "national call center" like some of the other 'local' shops. PLAC is fair, friendly, and customer service oriented. They value the local community. We've had two vehicles in their shop. One was fixed and they did a 5-star job. The other sadly was a complete loss after a snowstorm. We've used PL Collision for all our oopes, always do an exceptional job. This time was no different. I love to be able to pick up the rental car when I drop off my car.
