Josh Greeson came to my house to evaluate my roof. I’m selling my house and wanted to make sure it will pass inspection. He climbed up and gave it a good inspection and secured a few loose shingles. He told me the roof was ok, but he’d be happy to get some information together for me if I wanted to replace it. It’s 15 years old and, though a new roof would certainly help me sell my house, he told me it wasn’t a must. I appreciated his honesty and I would recommend him to anyone.
