Today I had exceptional experience in service department. I had 8am oil change appt, but ended up arriving at 9:30am. Lorenzo, my service tech/Manager is the best in the business. He took me right in and assured me that, despite me being late that I would be done within the hour. 50mins later, I was done and on my way. Excellent service.
Now and George were awesome and made everything run smoothly. I got my car fast and the best deal.
I have used Toyota service for many years and have been satisfied. I think that they are a reputable company and highly recommend them.
My experience with this Toyota Dealership was “WONDERFUL”!🥰 I brought my car in for a service check! “ALL” of the employees were polite & said “Good Morning”! My Advisor, Ansley Smith” was especially knowledgeable & friendly & polite!🥰 The Dealership was very “clean” inside & out! The restroom was very sanitary! My relationship with Page Toyota of Southfield goes back to 2012 and I can honestly say that they deliver excellent customer service. I have been totally satisfied at every interaction from oil changes to my recent collision repairs. The staff is some of the best people in the business. Well done Kyle, Lorenz and George!
I have never received anything less than EXCELLENT SERVICE from Page Toyota. I have purchased my last four Toyotas from another dealership. I was able to get a better deal on my current Toyota at Page. They are further from me than the other dealership. For service I have went to my closer dealership & am not happy there anymore.
